"The shadowing days I experienced were intensive and profoundly enriching, allowing me to explore innovative work systems and diverse administrative models practiced within European academia. During my visit, I closely examined the workflows of the procurement and legal departments, with particular focus on supplier relations, implementation of regulations, digital systems, and the application of professional standards aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency.

The knowledge and tools I acquired during the visit will enable me to initiate learning processes and implement new methodologies at Tel Aviv University, tailoring them to our institution’s specific needs. I am confident that integrating the insights gained will contribute to streamlining procedures, strengthening oversight mechanisms, and expanding professional partnerships with peer institutions across Europe."

"אני חושב שהשבוע הזה תרם לי מבחינת ידע ליזום שינויים, גם אם קטנים בחיי האגף בו אני עובד כמו לנסות לקדם רעיונות סביבתיים שיכולים להביא לחסכון אנרגטי (ולדעתי גם כלכלי) כמו כן קיבלתי הרבה בטחון לגבי היכולות שלי לפעול בשת"פ עם אנשים מארצות שונות וליצור מכנה משותף שיכול לשמש אותי גם בעתיד במסגרת עבודתי באוניברסיטה.

היו הבה פעיליות מעניינות במהלך השבוע. אני חושב שאחת הבולטות מביניהן הייתה הפגישה עם המקביל שלי באוניברסיטת מינכן. שוחחנו ארוכות על המבנה הארגוני שלהם ושלנו, על האופן בו אנחנו פועלים מול החוקרים ומול הקרנות למדתי ממנו רבות על תהליכי התייעלות שבוצעו אצלם בשילוב של בינה מלאכותית כשאצלנו נושא זה רק בחיתוליו. פעילות אחרת שהייתה מאוד מעניינת הייתה הסיור בקמפוס החדש שלהם, בכיתות, במעבדות, בחדר האוכל. הדהים אותי הליכי הפיתוח, ההתייעלות והשינויים הרבים שהם מטמיעים כל הזמן בחיי הקמוס."
