Marcom Coordinator


TAU International is hiring a marcom coordinator to join our marketing and recruitment team on key projects and ongoing activities that relate to student recruitment, brand awareness, and the customer journey. This role is highly dynamic and will require a great deal of multi-tasking and creativity!

 

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage brand and marketing initiatives, including brochures, videos, etc.
  • Provide marketing support for our academic faculties and partners
  • Manage our external marketing agency on paid campaigns
  • Map and build customer journey, including marketing automation workflows 
  • Coordinate campus-wide activities and joint programs between Israeli and International students
  • Work with external vendors and purchasing dept to place orders
  • Communicate with prospective students via email, telephone, in-person, or recruiting events (as needed)

 
Requirements

  • BA degree or higher 
  • At least 2 years of experience working in marketing, customer service, or sales
  • Proficiency in BOTH English & Hebrew
  • Strong written and verbal skills; customer-service oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Creativity and ability to think out- of-the-box, spot trends
  • Flexible to work non-business hours (as needed)
  • Work with: Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation

Program Coordinator for the International BA in Management and Liberal Arts

 

Job Description

The position will first focus on creating awareness about this new program throughout the world, as well as creating its foundations in the different TAU systems and platforms.

  • Ongoing oversight of admissions process from first contact with applicants through official acceptance to the university. Main point of contact for the students throughout their studies.
  • Manage student tuition, payments and program's budget.
  • Event management for program events.
  • Responsibility for marketing the program via TAU website, social media, student fairs, Open Houses and more. 
  • Ongoing communications with the global student body of the program.

 

Job Requirements

  • BA – required, Master’s degree – advantage
  • 1-2 years’ experience in program/ project management- Must
  • Fluent English and Hebrew at a high level. Additional languages- advantage 
  • Experience managing a budget – advantage
  • Experience working with international students, or university students – advantage
  • Ability to work independently

TAU International Alumni Community Director 

 

The TAU International Alumni Community Director is responsible for developing and implementing an engagement program for the TAU International alumni community.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning the physical and digital journey from international students to international alumni (including social media, newsletters etc).
  • Building and nurturing the TAU International alumni community.
  • Building a structure and process in order to ensure that alumni records are current and organized
  • Developing and implementing a mentorship program and other career development opportunities to serve international alumni in collaboration with the relevant TAU functions
  • Organizing and coordinating relevant events for international alumni in collaboration with the Friends Associations abroad and the TAU alumni association

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Master's degree is preferred
  • Experience in project management and community building
  • Experience in alumni relations- advantage
  • English- mother tongue (Must), other languages- advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Marketing Operations Coordinator (100%)

 

As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a small team of international marketers, where you will be able to highlight your talents and grow professionally.  A key aspect of this role will be to measure all of our marketing platforms end-to-end, optimize workflows, and provide data insights to make data-driven decisions. This role will also include managing our digital marketing agency to launch and run paid marketing campaigns.

 

This role will be highly hands-on; expect to be working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.  If you are both data and tech savvy, a self-starter but enjoy working in a fast-moving team, this role is for you!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage & monitor lead gen campaigns in coordination with marketing agency 
  • Build marketing automation workflows for segmented audiences and leads
  • Generate management level reporting from multiple sources and platforms 
  • Conduct market and sales funnel analyses in order to provide actionable insights and marketing efficiency 
  • Manage CRM/website, technical integrations and UX optimizations with external suppliers
  • Monitor call center data and performance

 

Requirements

  • BA degree or higher 
  • A good level of English and Hebrew
  • At least 1-2 years experience working in data analysis, marketing operations, sales & lead funnels
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with data across multiple platforms (Excel, SQL advantage)
  • Experience in working with key marketing platforms: (Salesforce, Marketing Automation)

  • מחקר ואיתור שיטות עבודה וכן מערכות התומכות בשיטות אלו לניהול יעיל של השירותים לסטודנט.
  • בניית תהליכי עבודה וסיוע בהטמעתן במערכות ממוחשבות.

כישורים וניסיון -

  • תואר אקדמי (עדיפות להנדסת תעשיה וניהול)
  • 3-5 שנות ניסיון בריכוז צוות בתחום השירות לקוחות.
  • ניסיון בבניה ודיגיטציה של תהליכים.
  • עברית ואנגלית ברמה טובה מאד, רצוי ברמת שפת אם.
  • ניסיון בעולם האקדמיה או בעבודה עם אוכלוסיות בינלאומיות– יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ממוחשבות. שליטה מלאה בתוכנות OFFICE, בדגש על  EXCEL.
