Announcing TAU International Summer Program Scholarships!

**Applications Now Open for Summer 2021**


Summer scholarships are open to current undergraduate and graduate students, graduating high school seniors and professionals who are applying to a TAU summer program.  Scholarships are merit-based, and students should meet at least one of the below criteria to be eligible. Preference is given to students who meet two or more of the following criteria:

  1. Cumulative GPA is 3.5/4.0 (85/100) or above (your most recent transcript must be uploaded to the TAU Portal when you apply for the program)
  2. Visiting Israel for the first time
  3. Coming from a TAU partner institution

 

Minimum award amount is $500; maximum amount ranges depending on applicant qualifications. Scholarship applications will only be considered for students who have been accepted to a summer program. Processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the submission of an application. 

 

Eligible summer programs are: Hebrew Ulpan, Smart Cities, Climate Change and the Middle East, and Advanced English (Yiddish Program is excluded). Please note that to be considered for a scholarship, in addition to completing this form you must upload a copy of your most recent transcript to your application on the TAU Student Portal (when uploading, select the "non-valid record of studies" document type if you don't see "Transcript" as an option).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarships for foreign students (academic year 2021-2022)

The Government of Israel is pleased to offer scholarships for summer language courses and academic-yearcoursesto foreign BA or BSc degree students from the following countries:Argentina, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada (Quebec Province), China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Korea, Lithuania, Latvia, Mexico, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey. The following countries have a special scholarship arrangement: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, India, Great Britain, Finland, France, Japan, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Russia.
