Research Excellence Program for Asia (RExPA)
Tel Aviv University invites exceptional young researchers from Asia to join us in Summer 2025 for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
This uniquely tailored program is designed to strengthen your research skills, significantly bolster your CV, and serve as a pathway for future graduate/postgraduate studies, whether at TAU or around the globe.
For its research part, RExPA relies on the highly sought-after TAU Summer Research Program and offers placements in the same labs and research projects in STEM, Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. You can find the full list of available labs under the links below:
- Research placement opportunities in Sciences
- Research placement opportunities in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences
During the application process, you will have the opportunity to select up to 5 labs/projects from our list based on your background, research interests, and skills. We will then match you with one of our labs and connect you with our esteemed professors.
So, no need to worry about that part—just be prepared to impress your future supervisor in an online interview! Upon arrival in Tel Aviv, you will engage in a genuine research project under the guidance of a distinguished professor as part of the larger Summer Research Program cohort.
On top of that, RExPA participants will benefit from insightful leadership sessions with TAU senior management, immerse themselves in the vibrant cultural life of Tel Aviv, and enjoy extensive networking opportunities with international and Israeli students and early-career researchers.
Program dates: June 8 – July 31, 2025 (8 weeks)
Applications due: March 15, 2025
