Programs Details

1. Security in Constitutional Systems

This program delves into contemporary security challenges through a multidisciplinary lens. Participants will explore:

  • Migration flows
  • Data flows
  • Capital and financial flows

Engage with scholars and professionals to analyze how constitutional systems across the globe address these pressing issues.

When and Where?

  • June/July 2025: Up to 10 days in Siena, with an optional extension of up to 5 days at Rondine Cittadella della Pace.

2. Constitutional Crises within Legal Systems

This program addresses threats to domestic legal orders, focusing on:

  • Constitutional violations and conflicts between branches of government
  • National security and international obligations
  • Minority rights
  • Anti-discrimination law

Participants will examine these critical areas from comparative and multidisciplinary perspectives, guided by experts from academia and practice.

When and Where?

  • September/October 2025: Up to 10 days in Milan Bicocca, with an optional extension of up to 5 days at Rondine Cittadella della Pace.

Key Information

Eligibility: Open to senior researchers, including lecturers, associate professors, and full professors.

Duration:

  • Core program: Up to 10 days.
  • Optional extension: Up to 5 days at Rondine Cittadella della Pace.

Funding:

Travel Support -410 Euro

Individual support-

190 Euro Up to the 14th day

133 Euro from the 15th day (up to 90 days of mobility)

Research and Teaching Support

Teaching- 300 euro /academic teaching hour

Research support 1500 euro

Teaching staff and those participants who asked for a Research

Grant will be required to submit an essay intended for publication as a condition for the payment of the final balance of the mobility grant.

 

Application Process:

  1. Submit Your Application: Complete the form and provide the required documents by February 27, 2025.
  2. Selection Criteria: Applicants will be evaluated based on academic performance, motivation, and relevant experience.
  3. Notification: Selected candidates will be notified by the end of March 2025.
