TAU Student Union Collects Donations for Israeli Citizens and IDF Soldiers

TAU Student Union is collecting essential items for Israeli citizens and IDF soldiers on behalf of the students of Tel Aviv University.

The drive has been running for two days now and is just getting started. Dozens of cars carrying hundreds of cartons of non-perishable food, supplies (hygiene products, medicine, etc.) and toys have already been sent to the south. The drive is also working with local restaurants (one restaurant donated 60 cartons) and is collecting money (about $10,000 raised thus far). 

You can bring snacks and canned food, medical and hygiene supplies (band-aids and bandages, wet wipes, sunscreen, soap, tampons), mobile chargers, flashlights, batteries, cigarettes and other things that come to mind to the University campus.

Where: Antin square (Japnica) near Gate 7

When: From 11 am to 5 pm, Sun-Thu

You can also donate money for food and supplies via PayBox (from Israel), and students will purchase the required items.
