Scholars Program
The Azrieli Architectural Archive Grants offer stipends (duration: 3 to 12 months) for established scholars, postdoctoral or doctoral students, or writers who have attained distinction in their fields and wish to explore the following collections at the Azrieli Architectural Archive:

- Lipa Yahalom and Dan Zur Collection
- Ram Karmi Collection
- David Yannay Collection
- Sam Barkai Collection
- Nahum Zolotov Collection
- Wittkower Adiv Stein Collection
- Gideon Sarig Collection

- Maximilian Spell (Spiegel) Collection

Azrieli Architectural Archive Scholars may be in residence for three to six months, between November 1, 2024 and October 1, 2025.
Stipends of NIS 10,000 per month for senior scholars and NIS 7,500 per month for junior scholars (postdoctoral and doctoral students) will be awarded to accepted applicants.
The grant also includes a workspace at the Azrieli Architectural Archive, Tel Aviv Museum of Art and airfare to and from Tel Aviv (if needed).
For the first time, the Azrieli Architectural Archive offers one-time grants in the amount of NIS 5,000 per grant for master’s degree students.
Applicants are required to submit the following documents in Hebrew or English by July 1, 2023 to Ms. Anat Drenger Shmueli at anatd@tamuseum.com
- Research project proposal (2-3 pages)
- CV
- Cover letter indicating grant track, dates of residency and any other relevant details
- Writing sample
Applications are welcome from researchers of all nationalities and gender who are working in the arts, humanities or social sciences.
Current Tel Aviv Museum of Art or Azrieli Architectural Archive staff and members of their immediate family and Azrieli fellows are not eligible for the Azrieli Architectural Archive Scholar Grants.
