How to Use PassportCard Health Insurance

General Information

• Please see PassportCard's user guide for information on using your insurance.
• Clalit Call Center can assist in scheduling appointments. Call *2700 (available 24/7)
• When receiving health services, please be sure to have your Clalit number on hand.
• Your Clalit number can be found upon log-in to your PassportCard account here, or via the PassportCard App which can be downloaded (Android here, Apple iOS here). You should also have an email from “Insurance Lowy” with this information.
• Important: there is no physical insurance card. When you are asked to present a Clalit card, please call *2704 and give them your Clalit number (starts with 728). You will then be able to receive services without a card for up to 3 hours from the time of the call.
