In order to receive your TAU Green Pass, please fill in the following form.

As our global communities are navigating the COVID-19 situation, we are here to assist as much as we can and provide you with the most updated information given to us by the Israeli Ministry of Health and TAU.
We would like to assure you that TAU is closely monitoring the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and how it may affect your academic life at TAU.

All the updated Israeli Ministry of Health guidelines can be found here. Please note that if you fit the criteria for home quarantine, it is mandatory by law, and it is enforced by the Israeli law enforcements. Please note that supermarkets and pharmacies will remain operative as usual and the supply is not expected to run out any time soon.
