The Future of Creativity in the Age of Generative AI

 

The session will start with a contribution from François Pachet sharing recent developments in AI-assisted music creation from his work at Spotify and Sony and his views on the main obstacles in developing truly useful AI-assisted tools for music in the future. This will be followed by a thought-provoking short performance to set the scene for a panel involving leading artists and technologists.

The session will culminate with a lecture and interactive session with Fernando Garibay exploring how AI can harmonize with human ingenuity to forge new artistic frontiers.
