Graduate research positions (M.Sc. and Ph.D.) are available in Prof. Aharon Blank’s group at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Tel Aviv University.
Our interdisciplinary research combines quantum microwave engineering, electron spin resonance (ESR/EPR), magnetic-resonance instrumentation, spin-based quantum technologies, microwave devices, and biomedical sensing.
Projects involve developing advanced experimental systems, resonators, microwave electronics, control software, and novel sensing and imaging methods.
Suitable candidates should have a strong background in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, chemistry, materials science, or biomedical engineering.
Experience in microwave/RF engineering, electronics, magnetic resonance, quantum mechanics, optics, programming, or experimental laboratory work is an advantage but is not required in every area.
Candidates should be highly motivated, curious, capable of independent work, and interested in multidisciplinary research combining theory, simulation, instrumentation, and experiments.
