Call for Applications for Environmental Summer School at Tsinghua University, Beijing

Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, invites you to take part in a unique environmental summer school, focusing primarily on carbon neutrality and environmental protection using innovations. The summer school will include interdisciplinary courses led by Tsinghua's top faculty, as well as filed trips to cutting-edge environmental facilities. Moreover, the students will be invited to participate in traditional Chinese arts workshops and create international relations with students from all around the world.

Program Duration: The summer school will take place from July 3-17, 2026

Deadline for application: May 20, 2026

Funding:

Students accepted to the summer school will not need to pay registration fees. Additionally, accommodation and living costs in Beijing will be sponsored by China Scholarship Council.

Application Requirements:

• Students on their BA or MA
• Preferably, students with an environmental-related background

Credits:

Recognition of academic credits is conditional on faculty approval.
