Dorm Availability for non-TAU students

Dear all,

Due to the exceptional circumstances this year, TAU International (the school for overseas students at Tel Aviv University) has a few available apartments in the new Broshim dormitories of TAU. These apartments are suitable for couples and young families, and we would be happy to offer them to non-TAU students who are interested as well.

The Broshim “Student City” dorm complex is located on 20 George Wise St., a few minutes south (walking distance) of the TAU campus. The complex is secured by a 24/7 guard at the gate, and right outside the dorms you will find a full-sized grocery store, coffee shop and a few restaurants. A self-service laundry is located within the dormitory complex.

The offered contract is through September 30, 2021 only (without option to extend), and the placement will take place on a “first-come first-serve” basis.

* The above pricing includes city tax and monthly usage bills (electricity, water) of up to 250 NIS for studio apartments, and up to 450 NIS for apartments of 2 rooms and up (in cases of exceeding usage, it will be charged separately).

Each suite is fully furnished and includes air conditioning, electric water boiler, cable TV and Wi-Fi, a washroom and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and an electric cooktop.
