The Global Connection – A New Podcast in English – Focuses on Internationalism at TAU

The Lowy International School now has a podcast. The Global Connection, the second Tel Aviv University (TAU) podcast in English, is focused on internationalism at the University, revealing how TAU’s academic community and friends are engaging with this ever-changing world.

“It’s such a wonderful project to be a part of,” says host Dr. Anna Sajecki. “I’m fairly new to TAU and Israel myself, so it’s an opportunity to really get to know the vibrant stories and work that make up global life here on campus.”

Through the podcast, Sajecki interviews visiting scholars, international students, and TAU professors, and others working on global issues and topics.

“We’ve chatted about artificial intelligence, about climate change, archaeology, conflict resolution … by having really dynamic conversations on global topics such as these, and by giving a platform to our international community, my hope is to highlight not just some of the fascinating research and studies at TAU, but how interconnected we all are,” says Sajecki. 

The Global Connection podcast can be found on Spotify and YouTube. Episodes are released weekly on Wednesdays.

The podcast joins TAU Unbound, the University’s original podcast in English, which reveals the world and work of TAU professors and students. TAU Unbound can also be found through The Lowy International School’s Spotify channel, as well as on YouTube.
