Dining and Food Options
Over the last decade, Tel Aviv has undergone leaps in its gastro-culinary scene. A combination of fresh Mediterranean ingredients, innovative chefs and a pure love of food has put it on the map and once you’re here, you’ll see why! It’s no wonder that Tel Aviv was ranked 7th place worldwide for culinary enthusiasts in 2020 by the BBC’s Good Food Magazine.
If you’re a student at Tel Aviv University, you will have a range of dining options to explore on and off-campus. Although there is no inclusive meal plan, each building has its own subsidized cafeteria where you can purchase warm and cold vegetarian, vegan, kosher and non-kosher options. In addition, there are several supermarkets nearby within walking distance.
If you’re keen on eating off-campus there are endless budget options around the city.
