Supervisor Approval Requirement

• Students applying to a Graduate School, the College of Transdisciplinary Sciences for Innovation, the College of Science and Engineering, or the College of Medical, Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences must obtain approval from a prospective supervisor before applying.
• Students in the College of Human and Social Sciences are exempt from this requirement.
• Please refer to instructions on finding and contacting supervisors. Once a supervisor agrees, students must submit the signed Provisional Acceptance Agreement.
