TAU provides undergraduate students with a wide spectrum of invigorating classes and experiences. TAU's unique international learning environment offers a rich variety of exciting courses in the fields of International Relations, Social Sciences, Arts, Environmental Studies, History, Religion, Business and more. Each course awards three academic credits, for a total of up to 15 undergraduate-level credits per semester (21 credits with the summer Hebrew intensive course / 18 credits with the winter Hebrew course). International students may enroll in TAU’s semester or year-long study abroad program either independently or through their home school. In addition, qualified high school seniors may apply to spend their first semester or year at TAU.
In addition, TAU is proud to announce the opening of two complete bachelor's degree programs in 2012. The BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering features a curriculum built around a strong basic core of mathematics, physics and engineering science, providing students with an outstanding foundation. From the outset practical work is given a high profile, and the faculty's exceptionally extensive links with industry ensure continuing relevance to the professional world.
TAU's new BA in the Liberal Arts is designed to expose participants to a variety of multidisciplinary study tracks in which time-honored fields of study are combined with novel teaching and research programs.Students choose a major in such areas as Middle Eastern Studies, Philosophy, Literature, Israel and Jewish Studies, Digital Culture, or Psychology and Psychoanalysis. This innovative program offers the opportunity to complete a full BA degree in just three years.

TAU's unique summer programs offer undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to learn a new language and enroll in inspiring courses in a variety of fields, including contemporary, global, and Middle East topics. TAU International summer programs are designed for students who are willing to challenge themselves with an invigorating academic schedule that combines classroom learning, field trips, overnight trips, guest speakers, evening workshops, social evening events and much more.
Intensive language programs are offered in Hebrew, Yiddish and Arabic. Hebrew Ulpan, an instrumental source of learning that aids students to better cope in a foreign society and enhance their Israel experience, is offered twice each year, in the summer and winter prior to the beginning of each semester. Undergraduate and graduate students should enroll in this course before beginning their overseas programs. The Intensive Arabic Course is offered over the summer students can choose to join the basic Course: Introduction to Colloquial and Standard Arabic or join the advanced Arabic course, the course requires a prerequisite year of Arabic and students may register for it with permission of the department.
